Congratulations! You're about to join the ranks of real estate innovators who
list a home online and save thousands.
In place of a 3% commission, our service has a $500 up-front processing fee and
a $3,500 commission when your home sells; a typical customer saves over $10,000.
To get things started, fill out the Listing Wizard, a questionnaire that gives
our agents the information they need to start the listing process. The Listing
Wizard requires that you enter your credit card information to pay the $500
processing fee, but you won't be committed to list the property with OGR until
you finalize all the details and sign the paperwork. If you decide not to list
with us, we'll refund your entire processing fee.
Here are a few tips to bear in mind as you draft the listing:
- Call any time: feel free to call us at 714-614-2426 before you get
started, or at any point along the way.
- Don't worry about making a mistake: your OGR agent will go over every
